Q: Why are the messages failed to send?
A: It may be because the user hasn't activated international roaming service, or some other common causes, such as getaway issues, wrong telephone number, telephone out of service/credit, etc. For this issue, please contact our customer service.
Q: Is there any limit of sending time?
A: In most country and regions, there is no limit of sending time. In few country and regions, like France, messages can't be sent during non-working time. However, we do support 24-hour submission. When the time of submission is not within the allowed sending time period, our system will keep resending the messages until successful delivery.
Q:What sender number will appear on users' telephones?
A:There are no fixed sender numbers. Normally it will be a local phone number. We can also customize sender id for clients.
Q: What is the length of each message?
A: For Chinese, 70 characters; for English, 140 characters; for other languages, please contact our customer service. Space or punctuation counts as one character.
Q: Why is the status of sending unknown?
A: The status of sending usually feeds back within 24 hours, depending on local operators.
Q: How is the account balance calculated?
A: Top up amount – (volume in related country*unit price for related country) = account balance
Q:Why do I fail to receive test messages?
